MEET AND GREET:LOCAL CONTROL AND ACCOUNTABILITY PLAN (LCAP) This is a learning opportunity for parents of the School Site Council (SSC), English Learner Advisory Committee (ELAC), Local District study groups and central parent committees. Engage with us to learn about the school funding available to you as you collaborate with your schools to make decisions and recommendations. In this session, parent leaders will learn about the Los Angeles UnifiedLocal Control and Accountability Plan (LCAP), which describes how the District uses state funding to provide services in the areas of instruction, wellness, and family engagement. These funds seek to offer additional support to all students, and to EnglishLearners, Foster Youth, and students from low income households.
